About the Role

This role involves outbound B2B sales and lead generation for International markets (Ireland/European), engaging with decision-makers and C-level executives to understand business needs and pitch solutions. The specialist is responsible for building client relationships, handling objections, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.

The position requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a target-driven approach, along with experience in CRM tools and international telesales environments.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to decision-makers in target industries (Irish market).
  • Build rapport and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs.
  • Present and pitch company solutions, emphasizing business value and ROI.
  • Collect accurate client details and maintain updated records in the CRM.
  • Overcome objections using consultative sales techniques.
  • Book qualified meetings/appointments for the senior sales team or account managers.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B telesales/lead generation/appointment booking (preferred in
    international markets).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Proactive approach and good objection handling.
  • Willingness to work flexible shift – (1.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. IST)
